Key benefits for attending this course

As the industry’s business landscape continues to change, as a safety officer/professional, manager or executive, you are faced with rethinking how you can successfully navigate the issues and opportunities the new business realities present for personal, professional and organizational success.

If your business has implemented BBS, chances are that your BBS process is out of touch with realities of today’s worksites and as such attending this workshop avails you the resources necessary to update your self with the principles, procedures and solutions required to continue the process in today’s worksite.

If your business/organization is looking into implementing BBS, the workshop will present you an excellent opportunity to understand the external and internal costs of BBS, the techniques to develop and sustain an organizational wide program that is capable of resolving risky behaviors and developing a safety-first culture while helping you to assess your existing safety initiatives and equip you with day to day tools needed to raise and improve your safety performance using the BBS method.

It is aimed at providing you intensive, immersion training designed to educate you on the appropriate planning, implications for practice and intervention and provide you with an in-depth appreciation of the background, theory and practice relating to BBS and how to leverage your BBS knowledge, skills and experience in new ways and the means to develop a behavioral strategy and associated programmes for implementation in operational settings.
