Workshop Facilitator Profile

The course facilitator is A Woman on a Mission in the Business of IT Service Management, one of the pioneers of IT Service Management and has been instrumental to IT Service Management in Australia. From a start up fledgling company that she and her husband started in 2000, the course facilitator’s knowledge, expertise and reputation has helped her vision to grow to a multi-million dollar company that serves over 23,000 clients in over 30 countries.

The course facilitator’s passion has always been to help companies improve the quality of IT Service Management. To this end, she is always on the cutting edge of Service Management developments, including frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT and standards like ISO/IEC20000, ISO38500. Her commitment is such that she is part of EXIN’s ISO/IEC 20000 Review Panel, and part of the global EXIN ITIL V3 exam review panel. She is the author and co-author of over 30 books around the subject of IT Service Management frameworks and standards.

Never to be one to just sit back, the course facilitator’s innovation and leadership has helped to redefine IT Service Management in Australia and Asia since the release of ISO/IEC20000 and the new ITIL V3 framework. Her consulting firm’s reputation for quality education programs are worldwide, with more than 10 International Partners utilising her educational material. A published author, the course facilitator continues to demonstrate her expertise through regular guest lectures and workshops, as well as a regular guest lecturer at universities for the Post Graduate and MBA programs.
