Workshop Facilitator Profile

Our facilitator is the founder of Springfield Resources (SRC) and has been working as the President of this company since 1980.  Over these 30 years, he has been vigorously involving himself as a Maintenance Management Consultant in various kinds of industries, from government-owned to private companies, which including oil and gas industries, food sectors, pulp and paper regimes, health care arena, education fields (especially US and Canada), metal industries, mining sectors, logistic areas, as well as various processing and manufacturing sectors. In other words, he has trained over 10,000 maintenance professionals from over 3,000 organizations in more than 20 different countries.
Before working as a Maintenance Management Consultant, he was actively involved himself in the plant maintenance areas in various industries, particularly oil and gas as well as chemical industries. His many years’ experiences in these industries have equipped him the ability to train other maintenance professionals and become a prominent trainer in the later part of his career.
He has also taken part as keynote speaker in various prestigious conferences like STO 2009 in United States. He is well-known as top-notch trainer among all the maintenance professionals from an assortment of industries with his self-developed comprehensive training courses, especially in maintenance aspects that are pertaining to plant shutdowns and turnarounds. In short, he has extensive experiences in all facets of maintenance management, which not limited to but including preventive maintenance, computerized maintenance, as well as system design and installation.
