The trainer is the president for a channel consulting firm. He has more than 20 years sales channel development and management experience across several industries. His extensive experience supports many clients in dramatically improving sales productivity, effectiveness and customer satisfaction. He has developed programs for a broad variety of target markets ranging from SME, major retail chains, education, to large corporations and government departments.

The trainer's experience spans across vendors, distribution, resellers and with a national Carrier. He has held senior management roles with SingTel Optus, Tech Pacific, Sirius Technologies and NetComm Limited. He specialises in channel strategy consulting, developing channel performance metrics, account planning, optimising channel structures, distribution logistics and operational reviews. He led countless market studies and helped clients develop and implement market strategies to gain industry leadership
