About Your Course Facilitator

The trainer is an international specialist in “profit maximization” through “Creative Debt Management”. The Principal of his own consulting firm and an international expert, the trainer is an engaging speaker and presenter and has developed and led very highly rated programs and consulted with clients across North America, Bahamas, China, Ghana, India, Jamaica, Kuwait and Malaysia.  He has worked as a bill collector (consumer and commercial), credit fraud investigator, collection manager, credit manager and an internal as well as external consultant. He spends much of his time with senior management teams assisting them to apply effective collection strategies in their businesses.
He has authored three highly rated books on collections and numerous other articles on the subject of Accounts Receivable. A highly-qualified speaker and trainer, he is the past-president of the Toronto Chapter of CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Speakers).
