The One-Page Project Management shows project managers the fastest and easiest way to manage the most complex projects on a single sheet of paper. This is a HEAVY hands-on workshop to illustrate the course concepts, provide practical skills using case studies to learn additional project management skills and managing people on project to structure a project and plan for success.
Workshop Facilitator Profile
Our highly experienced trainer is a Senior Technical Advisor (Project Management) of an organization specializing in providing “hands-on” project management expertise. For over 30 years, he has had management experience in a wide variety of industries including oil, gas and process plant, general constructions and others. He has been providing Project Management training and consulting throughout Southeast Asia, Middle East and Europe. He is also active in the Global Project Management Community (GAPPS), serving as an Advocate and Missionary for and on behalf of the profession in the region. He is also serving on the Board of Directors for the Global Alliance for Project Performance Standards and plays an active professional role in the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE); Construction Specifications Institute (CSI); Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
The trainer has been developing in-house training courses for Fortune 500 companies, and over the past 15 years has built an exceptionally solid understanding of what corporations are looking for in educational courses as he places a strong emphasis on generating and measuring Return on Training Investment (ROTI).
