The trainer is the Founder and Managing Director of a consultancy firm that specializes in assisting organisations to develop a sustainable capability to deliver projects, change and business improvement. The trainer is a practising project manager with over 20 years experience in line management and consultancy roles. He has held senior roles in major organizations, and has held consultancies positions in internationally recognised management consultancies. He has worked in the UK, Germany, Italy, Australia, USA, and France.
