Facilitator Profile

In the public sector, He has completed many major projects in leadership, management development, risk management OHS and counter-terrorism training for state and Commonwealth departments.  83 local government councils across Australia and New Zealand have benefited from his services.  He has also advised government ministers in six current governments, including the Australian Commonwewalth, New Zealand national and British Columbia governments, regarding strategic HR issues pertinent to their portfolios and he authored a report which was referenced by a NSW MP to an independent inquiry commissioned by industry.

He is acknowledged as the creator of the Public Profit-Chain, an OD model specifically for public sector organizations and now published internationally.  He developed the Cognitive Self-Discipline Coaching Model – a revolution in managing employee performance – which has won widespread international critical acclaim.

He is a highly sought after presenter on the international conference circuit.  He spoke at the many major conferences including International Staffing, Retention and Recruitment Summit in Kuala Lumpur, HR06 in Sydney, Australia’s premier HR conference, Capability Development and Skill Pool Management conference in Sydney, Singapore Human Resources Institute 2007 annual conference, Malaysian HR Congress of 2007 and Asian Shared Services and Outsourcing in HR annual conference.
